The collection had diverged from Matt Pocock’s skills and Lauren Tan’s (poteto) pstack plugin, and lacked installation guidance. Sync the 16 skill directories with their original sources, acknowledge each author, and document installation from this repository.

Changes:

  • Update 12 skills and their supporting files; remove two reference files no longer present upstream.
  • Preserve all imported skill files verbatim, with exact upstream revisions and per-skill source links in the README.
  • Include both original MIT copyright and license notices.
  • Add a README quick start and an installation guide covering Vercel’s Skills CLI, supported agents, Windows, project/global scope, updates, removal, revision pinning, and external dependencies.

Validation:

  • All 16 directories (44 files) match their upstream sources byte-for-byte, including permissions.
  • Both preserved license notices match upstream.
  • Tested remote discovery, project installation for Codex/Cursor/Claude Code, listing, update checks, removal, and commit-pinned discovery using Skills CLI 1.7.2.
  • Installed the updated local collection into a temporary project and verified all 44 files and Claude Code symlinks.
  • git diff --check passes.
